Thoughts on green energy

There’s a huge bubble for investors. There are people who genuinely believe it, and there are people who sits in the office, make up the idea of ESG without it being helpful with anything.

I do think it’s the future, it’s just long. Like very very very long. Even the money is piling in, to wherever, it’s not going directly to the engineers.

I know a few hydrogen fuel cell, smart grid and solar cell companies, which are all struggling to live, it took 8 years for the fuel cell company from already available lab results to prototype to first product(I was there 6,7 years ago they used the oven for alloys to bake sweet potatoes lmao), took Dr S almost a decade to build the first fab, the other perovskite firms were surviving not on solar cells but ITO glass, nobody’s getting particular rich from it.

Of course I want more people invest in what I like

I just have complicate feels for the investing environment
