Fermenting food

I’ve been getting into fermentation lately. It’s crazy I haven’t got into it earlier since I love fermented food.  I ate so much yogurt and kimchi and all kinds of pickles. I love sour dough more than any other bread (it’s hard to get them in China :( ).

I’ve also been eating a lot of purple cabbage. It’s my latest addiction of crunchy stuff. I’m also thinking of introducing hummus and that walnut dip to my family.

I told my mum and my sister I feel happiness when I eat good food and full. Like ah this is what life is for feeling. You are weird. You didn’t came from famine or anything. My mum said.

It’s would be understandable if mum said that, but you? My sister said.

You guys don’t understand. I said. It’s got to be yummy good food though.
