I promise there are some after maths from that devious yogurt. I feel very uncomfortable whenever I eat. Now when I digest it feels like I’m digesting wrongly, it’s like the yogurt is digesting with me, whatever i have my stomach produce frizzly reflux that feels like CO2

Life is fabulous! Bought a fresh sunflower to eat.

Also bought a jar of yogurt to fight off the evil yogurt in my gut.

Sunflower seeds are so good. I love my life
