THIS IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE WELL BEING OF MY MENTAL HEALTH

Had a conversation with Sarah. Bernie plan to open a churros shop. We had the same conversation over the past two years how she felt like she’s wasting her life on a meaningless job, my usual word of comfort is ‘you don’t want a life like me, unstable and poor’. Things said, I know i’ll work for money if I need to, in fact, I did it for a while and I honestly don’t see the problem with it- I don’t mind selling my time for money and never planned to stay anyway😂 I need the money for food and they need my time, everyone got what they want, everyone’s happy

I also think different people have different level of desire for adventure and tolerance for instablity. It’s like my risk aversion for disease, lost of love and unstable family, some people are afraid to lose money and their career more. I have 0 shame on job hopping and less fear to lose money compare to some of my friends.

Anyway! I suggested she might want to have a food cart or start with pop up shops, food market first, which they are not a big fan of the idea…

Clair played music today during lesson. While we were filling the sheet. I hummed with it. ‘Do you know it?’ She asked. ‘Tchaikovsky?’ I answered. ‘Nutcracker?’ I wasn’t sure if it’s act 2 or act 3. ‘Yes it is.’ She answered. The next song is from Swan lake. Ooooooh a Tchaikovsky streak tonight. ‘Swan lake?’ I asked. ‘Yes. You are right.’ She answered. I was very proud of myself.

‘Do you like music?’ She asked.

‘I do.’ I answered. Swan lake was my favorite when I was 9, or 10. I can’t remember. I must have listened to it from beginning to end on repeat at least 100 times during that period. Mostly when I was doing homework. I had that CD player+radio thingy on my desk.

I used to listen to classical music when I shower too. Everyone in the boarding house knew. Soon everyone in school knew. I used to find it embarrassing. 😂
