I know I tease my friends sometimes about optical quantum computing, but in fact it is still very cool. Current all the QCs are made of optical systems(mentioned in diary before), meaning they are made with light. Literally, light. The stuff that are doing the calculation are photons. Laser(coherent light source), lenses, fridge. Lasers can produce naturally coherent photons with low costs, and make entanglement came true sooner, which all of them incredibly hard to make in solid materials.

Coherent electrons are currently only seen in superconductors. Entangled electrons, no report.
